THERMAL CAMERA

Using the latest in thermal camera technology, we are able to validate temperature measurements, so ensuring a correlation between cell temperature and thermistor measurement on the voltage / temp reporting board

FLOW & PRESSURE VALIDATION

​Our custom flow bench enables us to measure volume flow rate Vs pressure drop across a wide range of temperatures.

Electrical validation

Using our climatic chamber, load bank and power supply, we are able to validate our battery modules across the working range. 
Ambient temperatures from -35 Deg C, to +60 Deg C
HPPC tests from 500A in discharge to 335A in charge
